I wanted wheels repaired on sliding door. Tri-city came and told my wife metal tracks were worn and entire door needed replacement for $*********. I called Valley Glass, they came and without even having to remove door said it just needed new wheels, $150 installed. Tri-city is ad crooked as the day is long. Go to Valley Glass or ANY other place. Tri-city glass will try to rip you off like a bunch of weasels. By the way door works great now, you losers.

Tri City has been awesome to work with. They have done a shower door, replaced the front door, and installed all new windows in our home. They’re a local company that understands that, in order to beat the big box stores, they have to offer a better product and better service. They only sell windows that are built specifically for the Wisconsin climate. You won’t find any cookie cutter off-brands. The pricing is fair and service is excellent.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. We ordered a piece of glass and they said it would be in the next week. Two weeks later they call us and tell us it is in, but they can't put it in the frame for two more days. When it was taken to be installed, they called the house and told us they broke it putting it in. We immediately went to another Glass Co. and they said the glass was the wrong size for the window. All the snotty clerk in the store said was "things happen". I would not recommend them... read more
