My first bad experience was when a tech showed up for 5 minutes, played with my thermostat and without testing left in a hurry saying that should have fixed my problem. He obviously had somewhere else to be and had a child with him. Within an hour, I called them back and told them nothing was fixed. I had to get another company to come out and fix the actual issue in the unit. It took several months fighting with them to finally get the invoice cleared for their useless service call. Service i request never got install. First-time using this company services and last time.im not satisfied with Nothing that suppose to get done. The list is so long type 6500 dollars my air still not cooling my house. I was told duct work not needed but I request before installation of new unit. I never will use company ever
