I called Tri-City Fence in August 2024. Don their estimator was at my place within a day. Tri-City has been around for over 30 years. They were very busy but, they put my job in between some larger works because their crew wanted to work extra hours. Imagine that. Tri-City workers are professional, nice and kind. I purchased a dog kennel and the latch broke I called to have another one ordered and they will not sell to the public or stand by their product they said unless you are a business. The lady on the phone told me it's my problem, and I would have to do my own research on how to find the latch she would not help
Called for an estimate, never called back. Called every day for a week…. Company closed !
