I am disappointed on three of my visits. I refused twice for one of the scans they offered, which cost an additional $40 dollars I believe. First person in the front desk said that if I don’t accept it, doctor might not see me. He saw me anyways, but at the end of the visit, I was giving the choice either do “this” or “that”. I didn’t want to do any of those but felt forced into that situation. I thought about that later and regret my decision of giving up my right as a patient to refuse services. The employees were fabulous. But. I’ve worn glasses since 1979. Yes, that old. And progressives since 2002. I called for an appointment the first couple days in January. They were booked until mid February. Ok. Kinda long. Had appointment. Staff was great. Selected glasses. Two weeks pass, I call, because no one from this office did, to inquire if my lenses were ready. They were. I had to make an appointment to pick them up. Did so. I was so happy that Dr. Hair started his practice near where I live! He has been great! Very knowledgeable and kind! He fit me in today, as I was having an eye problem!
Great personal service. Staff and doctor was very personable.
Dr. Hair’s and his team of professionals are the best! I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else!
