Halfway through the build, and we realize Tri City engineers swapped the windows in our kitchen nook in the new blueprints. Big picture window in the middle is now a slider with a bar down the middle, and the two sidelights no longer open. It’s really frustrating to pay the professionals so much for incompetence, then have to pay again to fix their mistakes!

Very good communication and they actually answer their phones unlike every other engineering company I called around tri cities. Fair pricing and good plans.
