My mom and I brought in her dress weeks in advance for my sisters wedding. Unfortunately, they forgot about it until my mom had to call a day before pickup. When she received it, the cut wasn’t as we’d instructed, and the corset material had been cheaply substituted. Even though they admitted they didn’t have time to order better material, I still had to pay in full. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend them for important alterations, especially when timing matters.
These folks went above and beyond for me, had dry cleaning and alterations done to my suit, they set the date of when it would be ready, and they delivered nothing buy quality service! This is a small mom and pop operation so they work extra hard to earn the trust of their customers, and they have my earned trust! If I could leave a negative review I would. I dropped off an item to be repaired and was given a ticket for pick up with a date a week out. When I arrived to pick up the item it was not done. I was told to come back the next day and I would get a discount. I came back the next day and no discounts were given. When I asked about the discount I was promised the man said " you k ow what just take it" and threw the garment at me and told me to never come back.
I procrastinate and waited till it actually started raining to get my dog’s jacket trimmed & tailored. Lucky Maria was able to have it ready for me the next day!! Nino & I are very happy with the results! I’ll definitely be back for all my tailoring needs!!! Here are some before & after pics!!
Love coming here. Not only is Maria and her husband friendly, they are very good with dry cleaning and tailoring. Prices are better than anywhere else. Loyal customer.
