The worst ordeal I have ever had. Extremely poor customer service and botched installation. I wouldn't let them work on a dog house
One of your drivers pulled out in front of me going 20 miles under the speed limit, almost causing me to rear end him. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting him. He then proceeded to reach speeds of 80-90mph in a 45 mph zone before slamming on his breaks suddenly. If you’re going to let people drive around with your company name, you better make sure they know how to drive first. Find better people to represent your business. This old man will cause an accident in your company car sooner than later.
I recently had a door that the lock was broken. I reached out to Tri-City and told them if it was possible to not replace the door and just replace the lock that I would like to do that. They never were pushy to try to sell me a new door, they just helped me with exactly what I asked to replace the lock. In a very reasonable amount of time, the lock was replaced, they were extremely professional, kept me aware of timelines, and were extremely courteous throughout the entire process. Came out to quote me on 3/19. Was told week to week and a half for a simple quote. After 2 weeks I called and asked. Guy who was to quote me out sick, would call me tomorrow. Called next day he was still out. Called following business day after weekend, still out but lady who answered phone took all my info and said she'd look into it and that I would get a call back. Well it's now been a month and called and got no answer. Don't bother with them if you need work done. They won't quote you or return your calls.
Haven't been there in several years so it's hard for me to give them more than 3 stars
