Tri City Door & Window does not stand good on their contract. I would never use them again. I had two doors and a storm door put in. We decided not to have the storm door put in but they didn’t reimburse me for that. After they finished putting the doors in, Tri Cities told me that if I found anything else wrong with the doors within the year they would come back and fix it. Nice people. Had a special order window. Got a very good price on window and installation. Installers were nice and competent. I recommend this business.
What an awesome experience with Tri City Door & Window (Bristol TN). From the moment I met Tim, I knew I was in good hands. He thoroughly examined my project & discovered some rot & advised me on recommended next steps. I greatly appreciated that he educated me on the exact work and products that would be performed and installed - never did he rush me and invited questions. The worst ordeal I have ever had. Extremely poor customer service and botched installation. I wouldn't let them work on a dog house
One of your drivers pulled out in front of me going 20 miles under the speed limit, almost causing me to rear end him. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid hitting him. He then proceeded to reach speeds of 80-90mph in a 45 mph zone before slamming on his breaks suddenly. If you’re going to let people drive around with your company name, you better make sure they know how to drive first. Find better people to represent your business. This old man will cause an accident in your company car sooner than later.
