Writing this review for a neighbor that does not have a computer. She just had Tim from TriCity door and window come fix her pella storm door. He was in and out in a flash and did an excellent job . He diagnosed the problem and immediately fixed it. No more than 20 minutes. Did not charge me anything since he had done work for me before. To say that I was elated would be an understatement. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
Great job on installation and cleanup. They were professional and on time. Pricing and payment plans are also reasonable. Tim Phil and Gym were all fabulous!
We got Tim to come out to look at our window that another company had broke and wasn't returning calls. Tim came right out and told us our options and was so nice and honest. Highly recommend Him over all
