My storm door has an upper window that drops and displays a screen. My Golden Retriever put his pall through the screen. Tim did a great job taking the glass door panels apart and replacing the pull down screen. Thank you Tim!
We were having trouble with the sliding doors on our porch. One was difficult to open and one wouldn't"t open at all. We called Try City Door & Window. They were here the next morning. Tim did an amazing job. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.
Tri City Door & Window does not stand good on their contract. I would never use them again. I had two doors and a storm door put in. We decided not to have the storm door put in but they didn’t reimburse me for that. After they finished putting the doors in, Tri Cities told me that if I found anything else wrong with the doors within the year they would come back and fix it. I called them and told them the metal trim on the outside of my back door was not put on straight.and asked about getting a back storm door put on. They... read more
Nice people. Had a special order window. Got a very good price on window and installation. Installers were nice and competent. I recommend this business.
