Didn't finish all of my visits, called about a refund but I'm getting the run around. Its been 8 months since I first called about this. It would be nice to get this resolved please.
I called them, and after having to ask 5 TIMES if they took insurance, and being hung up on by the receptionist, she finally said they do. I got a call back from Dr. Jones today & he said they do chiropractic, inversion and laser treatment. I told him I already had a chiropractor and my own inversion table but want to try the laser treatment. Then........ he told me laser treatment IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE!!! And he would not let me try just the laser treatment!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!
Made an appointment, got an email confirming the appointment and then the day before got a call to confirm the appointment only to come and wait in front of a closed office. When finally, someone came to open the office she could not let me in because she was alone in the office. I was told that Dr. Jones went home sick so the appointment was canceled.
