Joined a week ago and so far I am loving it! It's a great place to go with an awesome stuff that is always there for any questions you have! Had a meeting to meet with Brooke for personal training and sadly had to cancel with being sick! But she was super understanding and made sure i knew she wanted me to feel better before I reschedule! Made me love it even more to knows the staff cares!
The atmosphere is so amazing, kids beg to go play & everyone is uplifting and encouraging!

RecommendedAwesome place to have a serious workout regiment as well as enjoy some fun & sun with the family. Never too packed and never waiting for the equipment like you have to do at Golds gym. Ill stay here as long as I am living in the tri-city area.
