I train and do core tribe with Brecken. He is amazing and anybody that gets to work with him or train with him is a lucky person. He is kind, concerned and very motivating. He understands my physical limitations and always has a second choice for me. He has made me realize I am doing this for me, and it makes me try harder. In one word he is awesome!

Club is awesome, very family friendly which is key for our big family!
I've enjoyed having my children & grandchildren being members of the club. Totally amazing kind people working there. The facility is kept clean. There is something for each of our physical activity of choice. Thank you to all the kind staff. �

It's a really nice gym. I'd definitely give it 5 stars but my only complaint is, It's so busy!!! In the late afternoon and evening it's almost impossible to get on cardio equipment and the weight section is really cramped. But other than that, it's a great place to be.
