Dishonest Sales Tactics – Beware We were very clear multiple times that we would be financing 100% of the vehicle through our credit union with no out-of-pocket down payment. The salesman knew this. The only time $1,000 was mentioned was if we used their lender — which we didn’t. Despite that, the paperwork was filled out to show a $1,000 down payment anyway, and no one pointed it out during signing. We purchased a 2025 GMC Arcadia Denali today. Our sales person Todd Smith, was easy to work with and very knowledgeable on how to operate the vehicle. As I was at the parts dept during lunch, technician Zach was passing through on his lunch and assisted the lady in line in front of me then as I was trying to purchase a part, he informed me of a great amount of knowledge and sold me on getting a diagnosis on my car before purchasing a part. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very professional, kind, patient and had amazing customer service skills. Zach went the extra mile assisting me and I will definitely be a return customer do to his job performance alone
