Many years ago a friend referred me to Tri-City Carpet to install new carpeting in my house. When I needed carpeting in my current house I remembered the outstanding service and quality carpet from that first installation. I highly recommend Tri-City carpet. Lauren is the best. I started out with a different store and they never showed up for the in home measurements. I called Tri-City and Lauren came right out. I had already picked the carpet with the other store so Lauren helped order it for me and get it installed. Unfortunately after it was installed I did not like it. I was not treated with kindness when I was there to choose flooring. I walked in and there were two employees engaged in private conversation and did not acknowledge me ( how rude), and I was the only customer in the store. Another employee came out and when I asked her questions about the products she made me feel as though she did not want to help me. I was referred there because they are the vendor for Costco. I wanted to wait for 6 months after the carpet and vinyl flooring were installed to see how it has held up. My wife and I can not be more pleased with outcome. We just moved and needed new flooring in our older mobile home. I called around and got 2 in home estimates and they were pretty high.
