I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this cardiology practice. I came here seeking answers and appropriate medical care, but instead I repeatedly felt belittled, dismissed, and not taken seriously regarding symptoms that significantly affect my daily life. I have also requested the medical records from a specific test that was performed, yet those records have not been provided to me. Dr.Khawaja is a great doctor. He really takes care of his patients, my mother and father in this case. He is big on preventative health which we appreciate.
Dr. Khawaja is very thorough and really takes his time to explain everything and answer all of your questions.
The staff at this location are unprofessional and have no concept of professional telephone etiquette. The female that answered the phone was rude and seemed miserable. She placed me on hold for too long and then transferred me to another individual that was also rude and dismissive.
