Great office if you can ignore that they overbook and make you wait over an hour after your scheduled time.
Dr Nguyen is simply the best! She cares about me as a person. I trust her. Your office staff, processes, and F/U call processes are excellent. I got to see Dr Nguyen the next day after I called with my High Blood Pressure. Dr Nguyen figured out how to help me right away and did it! I don’t think I’d still be here if it were not for Dr Nguyen! She did my original Heart Cath in 2020. I’m an old ER Nurse so I know good doctors…Dr Nguyen is way, way good! 😊
I arrived 15 minutes because I was asked to... I was called back, and I waited 46 minutes in a cold room... Sadly no one came to see me that entire time. So, I left. My time has value.
