Getting a hold of anyone here is impossible had to come in for "stat" results. These Dr's are all over booked and over worked with no time or care to follow up with tests they order . This is terrible customer service 😑 I will wait here all day if I have to dont order tests if you dont plan to follow up and dont tell someone they are in heart failure and make them wait days anxiously on confirmation. Sent an email 3 days ago, and no reply. I see why the star rating is so low.
Was scheduled a week out for an appointment for 9:15 am Tuesday after Labor Day. Get the my appt. 20 minutes early. Begin the check in process. Then they proceed to tell me the doctor I’m seeing today is an hour behind and there’s 4 people in front me. Terrible communication. Waste my time leaving in the middle of work. A phone call with a heads up would have been nice
Dr David Kassel has been my heart doctor for over 5 years and he is the best. He listens to you & your concerns.He is patient and has a great personality. I have never had any issues with any of the staff. They are all kind & caring.
Overall, my experience at this location has been positive. I went to this location twice for an echo stress test after the machine had a rare issue and failed to save my imaging. The technician, Luke, and the nurses were great both times. They thoroughly explained the process and made me as comfortable as possible during the test. I was very nervous the first time, but after having Luke calmly talk me through the process, it made the second time a walk in the park.
