I've been buying tarps here since the 90's. Stopped here on Aug 21 had my trailer measured for a tarp and 4 panels for my covered wagon. Was told it would all be done in a week. Steve had surgery so it was delayed no problem totally understood. I was in the area Sept 7. I called to check on my equipment. Steve says tarp is ready but no panels I ask when they can be ready. Very rude and disrespectful when asked about a 3 month delay for some tarps, when I tried to clarify a timeline for completion Steve became belligerent and then refused to complete the order. WORST COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH
