Finally found someone to fix my car leak!
While I have not used their services I was impressed by how they support their customers, even potential ones. I have a much old vehicle that needed work and they were up front in telling me it was too old for them. They then called around to help me find a shop that could and I'll be using one of those shops for my older vehicle. I will also head to them if my newer (2000 and newer) vechicles need work. I'm impressed even though they have never fixed any of my cars but because they went to extra mile to help me.
I have used Tri City Auto four or five times in the last year. Each time, I was treated kindly and everything was thoroughly explained to me. They were reasonable and did a GREAT job in a TIMELY manner!
This repair shop is great. They are very fair and are honest. They stay very busy so you do need to make an appointment, but they are worth the wait. I really appreciated their fair advice.
Great work, fair prices, knowledgeable staff with exceptional customer service. Bart is the GOAT of auto mechanics! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
