So, I GOOGLED, I called, and TRI-CITY was the first to get back to me over the weekend and we set our appointment. I now have the latest in Phonak Designs and really happy with the service and promptness of Kay Kochman and her staff.
Nicole and Janet run a pleasant office. Very friendly and caring.
Kay Kochman has given my father Stanley outstanding care and service, with great patience and kindness. Ditto for her wonderful assistant Janet.
