Outstanding service from start to finish! I called Tri-City at 8:00 a.m., and Chris had a technician at my home by 9:30. Joseph was prompt, professional and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me photos and videos, and clearly explained everything he did. Their maintenance plan also saved me money and includes another visit before next summer. Honest, knowledgeable and truly exceptional service—Tri-City has earned our business from now on!

Chris, Damien & Roland stopped by to check my AC Drain pipe & offer suggestions as to what I can do to maintain it. Several suggestions were offered & I am trying one of their suggestions. I won't know if it completely works for a few days. All three were very helpful & professional. I recently had major AC work done on my AC by Tri City AC.

Tri-City was amazing to my family and my home. The process of installing a new AC in the middle of summer is something I didn't know could be made simple. I'm addition to getting my house to cool again, they recommended a model that would perform more effectively and efficiently than my old model even when repaired. The techs were courteous, polite, and determined to ensure our unit was installed properly and we were happy.
