Beware of Tri/City Air and Heating. Overpriced and does not honor free labor and warranty. I don’t know how this company got so many good comments and high marks? I was initially impressed with Mr Garcia’s prompt service calls but then I noticed I was having lots of problems with the two ACs he sold me within a 6 year period. The Goodman was a lemon and I took a loss on that after only 5 years and then he sold me a new 4 ton Carrier in April 2025.
