This company did a repair of a piston in our Kinetico water softener and returned it the next day. Two nights later, on Thanksgiving night, we suddenly could get NO water out of any of our taps or toilets. I called TriCities Water Store on Friday morning, no one answered so I left a message. No response, no call back. No running water in the house at all, with six people visiting from out of town, I called a plumber who came that Friday and had to clean out every spigot and toilet valve in the house, as they were all complet... read more

Tri-Cities Water Store just installed a unit in our new building. Hills Restaurant and Lounge. Installation was professionally done. We have a Kenetico system in our home and it has worked very well for many years with minimal maintenance. We highly recommend Tri-Cities water store and Kenetico products.
