There’s nothing bad I can say about this place. There are bad reviews here but they go back to the previous tenant, Dr Foss. The staff were always friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Dr Vance was always easy to understand and get along with, he seems to care a lot about his work and approached sensitive problems such as mine with care and the understanding that I was a little nervous about the whole procedure, which was a urethral blockage I’ve suffered with for years. Dr. Vance and his nurse Mary lack empathy and have forgotten their purpose in medicine and patient care. Don’t expect any type of empathy or urgency from Dr. Vance nor his staff. If you have an emergency while going through chemo, blood clots in your urine, urine retention, bladder spasms, Foley catheter issues resulting in ambulance rides to the ER don’t expect Dr. Vance to see those as a reason for immediate patient care or admission into the hospital. The WORST customer service I've EVER experienced! I've been calling every day that they have been open for the past month now, and I always get the "if you've reached this part of the phone call, we are away from our desk or busy"
Dr Vance is good all most reviews are back to foss should delete them
Won’t answer their phone or return messages. Absolutely the worst. I will take my business elsewhere.
