Warning do not get treatment here; This company is horrible to their clients and their counselors. The counselors are always getting changed around on the patients and it is not consistent with their treatment plans. Always new staff in the office making it hard to trust any of them. Everything is hush hush in regard to protocol or regulations. Carmen is rude and has no compassion with clients. Seen the manager talk down to employees and use fowl language before. It’s a great place it’s improved a lot. Just please quit firing your counselors ! I’ve had like 4 different ones and every time it was just a sudden random switch right when I finally got used to one of them. Currently Sam is my counselor and I’m gonna be incredibly sad if you fire him , he’s finally someone relatable , my girlfriend just had her counselor suddenly mysteriously switched and her previous counselor was someone who was actually helping her , now she’s having to start over with someone who isn’t very relatable ,... read more
