While it is relatively fast and easy to get an initial appointment scheduled at this practice, the actual execution of care and patient communication have been completely unacceptable. I have experienced chronic issues with the clinical staff handling my prescriptions. On multiple occasions, my medications were submitted incorrectly—including being sent to the wrong pharmacy entirely, as well as being submitted with the wrong brand and the incorrect dosage. Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a new patient. We were told our appointment was at 1:00 PM. I personally called the office the morning of the appointment to confirm the time, and I was told 1:00 PM. There was absolutely no mention of a 1:40 appointment. Then, around 12:30 PM—literally less than an hour before our appointment—we received a text saying our appointment was at 1:40 PM. This office is absolutely amazing. The front office and assistants are caring, there are rarely long waits at the office, and there is plenty of communication if anything needs changing. The providers there treat you like a person and not just a body to make an insurance quota. Always recommend them when PCPs come up in conversation.
I’ve trusted Jason with my care for 10 years now, since his days at Kadlec. He’s fantastic, and this is a great place to be a patient.
