I always let them know I'm a difficult draw up front.. she used a 21 Guage anyway.. I knew she pushed it all the way through the vein, hurt really bad.. she kept pulling and pushing.. I asked is that the smallest needle and she said no we're out of those.. then she said you can go to another lab.. I went here to draw blood and had one of the worst experiences in my life. They refused service because of a $4 balance on my account that was 60 days old. I showed them proof of payment from two months ago, still they refused. The nurse gave me a number to call. I called it and the labcorp service rep said to the nurse that she couldn’t refuse me service because of the 60 day old charge. The nurse hung up the phone and said there was nothing she could do.
