Soooo slow!!!
As a former hospital CEO, my wife (also a health care professional) and I had the most disgusting, unprofessional, and disturbing visit to this lab. The lobby was dingy and dirty. There were several demeaning and hostile notices posted in the lobby, like "don't steal our magazines, " and "we will not tolerate your abusive behaviors," to name a few. Waited 45 mins, there were still 6 people in front of me. Only 1 person working
7 people waiting at 7:08 in the morning. Get some more staff please. I just heard the nurse comment that all the people in the waiting room will be upset. This is the only location that is open at 7:00 am in Richland.
