The receptionist is cruel. She provokes sick people? So wrong. I didn’t take her bait. I have to return in the AM. No promises...
Friendly but inefficient.
Very rude staff. My animals at the vet gets treated better than these people treat humans.
Every time I visit this TCL location it is a 20 minute wait minimum, and sometimes 40 minutes. Today's visit was no better. I arrive and see 7 people waiting. I add my name to the waiting list. 20 minutes later, my name is called, and I tell the receptionist my birth year and doctor's name. Her response: you are not in the system. Thus, 20 minutes wasted just to learn that my doctor's nurse didn't properly enter my fasting blood draw into the system. The Billing Dept is horrible! In the past year, any lab work I have had ordered by any doctor (sent with all my information) is not billed through my insurance. I recieve a full bill from TCL. I have to call TCL each time and request they bill my insurance, which they have on file! Not a well run business. Debbie in billing is very rude and not helpful. Sad to say.
