Most of my nurses were great. However had an issue with on call nurse who refused to come and replace a dressing that fell off. On call nurse yelled at me over the phone. This happened on a Friday I called Monday morning asking to speak with a supervisor. Was transferred to voicemail left message.received no call back. Called back on Thursday was finally connected to a supervisor. The supervisor interrupted my explanation of events several times. Did not take responsibility or even apologize for the incident. The nurses are great people. They know their jobs and are very friendly. The business, however, seems disorganized. They fail to cover for nurses who have gone on vacation or have moved on. The result is they are scrambling to find a nurse to cover the appointment, or the appointment is missed all together.
