Most of my nurses were great. However had an issue with on call nurse who refused to come and replace a dressing that fell off. On call nurse yelled at me over the phone. This happened on a Friday I called Monday morning asking to speak with a supervisor. Was transferred to voicemail left message.received no call back. Called back on Thursday was finally connected to a supervisor. The supervisor interrupted my explanation of events several times. Did not take responsibility or even apologize for the incident. Best care possible. Took care of me before my liver transplant even when it was sure I was going to die one even saved my life calling 911 just in time.. Came home after my transplant never have I had so many care givers so happy to see me. Great caring people who have given me their all. I'm forever in their debt.
Thank you for always helping me with changing my wounds and having the same nurse to do it everytime that nurse should be awarded and not only the nurses your business should be awarded as to for making a difference changing people lives today.
