The staff was very nice. The facility was clean and my procedure was executed efficiently.
They will automatically put all calls through to hold. Will not answer. 15 minute hold and I had to just hang up. **I was contacted by the end of the day with an apology and assurance that the phone issues will be addressed. My question was answered and appointment confirmed. I updated my review because my concern was handled very well and professionally.
I will be honest I was very uneasy about having a colonoscopy, however the entire staff made the situation simple and easy, now the prep was a different animal but the Dr and staff of Tri-Cities were absolutely professional, can't thank y'all enough
Excellent experience; v comprehensive test for colonoscopy and endoscopy. Very pleased with my treatment.
