Have had multiple Med spa appointments with several different employees and been very pleased with my results. Currently getting a scar revised and the change so far is remarkable!
It's just a clean, well maintained urgent care. The staff is nothing short of awesome. Providers listened to me and my history, gave me a couple things he was worried about and decided in the more aggressive treatment. Will be back!

I LOVE the med spa! Great service, great people!
I loved Tri Cities and referred all my friends and coworkers, but this time they say the State of Texas United Healthcare insurance for teachers and schools, etc is now out of network, so do not go if you have United Healthcare or you will owe a lot of money. Always paid in network until this visit and it's now out of network. ???? Billing staff is nice but don't know what they are doing. It used to be awesome, but won't be back.
Everyone that works there is awesome, me myself I have no complaints!! Always been taken care of well!!
