Even though it takes me an hour to travel from home to Tri Cities Dental, I wouldn't want any other dental clinic looking after my dental health. From the expertise of Dr. Ballo to the technician Maria and Mandy on the front desk, I 've been extremely happy with the ethical care, attention and dental knowledge of this wonderful clinic. I recommend them most highly!
I saw Dr. Meeta Bhatt last week for my root canal therapy for my molar tooth. I have a lot of anxiety in general, but Dr. Bhatt made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was ready before starting. My dentist wasn’t able to complete the root canal, so he sent me to Dr. Bhatt, and she finished the treatment with ease. I would highly recommend her!!
I had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Meeta Bhatt during a root canal retreatment. Communication was poor—she didn’t explain the post-root canal X-ray images and just left after doing the filling. I didn’t even have the chance to talk to her since she left me with the dental assistant, who simply told me that they had already discussed the X-ray images and I was good to leave. I recently went to have a complex root canal performed at Tri Cities Dental Specialists. Dr. BHATT and her team were exceptional right from 'hello' at the front door. I found Dr. BHATT by searching for a specialist on the Canada Dental Program website and reached out to them. The receptionist Mandy booked an appointment within 1 week, contacted my dentist for reports and xrays to be sent over for doctor BHATT to peruse. I had recently quite a bit of dental work done at Tri-cities dental specialists (7extractions, bone graft, sinus lifting, 8 implants, gum graft and 4 bridges installed). I want to thank Dr. Ballo for the wonderful work and Dr Narani for the gum graft and for the help in making the initial decisions. They were super gentle and always caring to offer a less traumatic experience. Mandy was always helpful, rearranging appointments, making things work.
