My experience at this clinic was positive. My dentist referred me there for a CT scan to plan my implant. Although I had to wait a bit, everything went smoothly. Before I arrived, I was informed twice about the cost, so I was prepared for the charges. The scan cost $200 CAD.
I had a terrible experience here. I was referred from Oxford Dental in Port Coquitlam to Tri-Cities Dental Specialists - Coquitlam under the impression that I would receive proper specialist care. When I arrived, nobody mentioned that there would be any charges not covered by insurance. The dentist at Oxford had already advised me not to extract my tooth, yet the dentist here kept pressuring me to remove it and get an implant costing $7,000 CAD. The staff and the doctors at Tri-City Dental specialist s are phenomenal I needed to see a specialist for a retreatment for a root canal where I had a previous working out done but since I have metal in my jaw it was very hard for me to find a specialist these guys took me in with open arms and they treated me with nothing but respect and dignity great staff great doctors thank you so much for taking care of me in italian we say Cent'anni means 100 years of life🤍
Mandy and Myra at the front desk are very helpful. Always giving me excellent service with their lovely smiles. Quick responding to all my questions and requests. Also my experience with Dr. Narani , Dr. Ballo and assistant Bahareh is great. Thanks team :)
Everyone at Tri-Cities from the front dest staff to the dr and support staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming with a couple jokes tossed in to lighted the mood. No one wants dental surgery but if your like me and find yourself needing something Tri-Cities is absolutely the place to go. Thanks again for all you do!
