So myself and my wife went to try cities dodge to potentially buy a vehicle. They found us a vehicle but had not yet received the vehicle from where ever they were getting it from. They did get the loan approved. We told them that we did not feel comfortable signing for the vehicle with out seeing it. They then stated that we would have to put 1,000 deposit down that would be non refundable. If we did not like the vehicle. Do not buy a vehicle from these people! Within 3 weeks of purchasing a 50,000 dollar Jeep the dash started peeling up. The leather is not attached anymore. When asking them to fix it they refuse to do anything. Although it was used they should stand behind their product. They then give me a number to call that's been disconnected. I will never purchase there again. I will make sure the people I come in contact with knows how they treated us as customers.

Shaun and Michelle purchased their 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee on April 20, 2022 with 79,078 miles on it. The selling price of their vehicle was $36,000 not $50,000 and preowned. They were in our Service Department on May 16, 2022 for routine maintenance. At that time nothing was noted about their dash. I've been to many car dealerships and Tri Cities Dodge is by far the worst. The level of unprofessionalism I encountered is beyond belief. I will never purchase a car from them again. I was talked into buying a car that I didnt really want, and when I went back not even 12 hours later to see if something could be worked out, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. Terrible business and terrible management.

Miranda purchased the Rogue Sport on September 6th, signed all legal documents, and drove the Rogue home. She called the Salesperson that worked with her and told her that she changed her mind on the Rogue. Our Saleperson explained we could not back the deal out and had processed the paperwork, but that we could trade her out of it. Our Salesperson asked Miranda to come in to see what we could do. My purchase of a car has been absolute ****and felt like a nightmare the minute I stepped foot on Tri Cities Jeep dealership. I will NEVER go back there to even blink at a car, they have horrible business. Talked me into getting a car that had several issues, I was promised a 3 year warranty that was NEVER true and ended up having to pay out of pocket for repairs that weren't even my fault, when one guy tried to help me, he ended up getting fired. Ridge Sexton purchased his 2015 Jeep Patriot from our dealership on 2/12/20. Our used vehicles come with a 3 month/3k warranty at no charge to the customer. He purchased and opted in for the Gold ESC for 2 years/24k and Car Doc Maintenance for 3 years/45k. He had the Jeep in 2 weeks later for a suspension noise. The dealership took care of the concern by replacing the throttle body, rewired the connector, and replaced the front sway bar. The customer did not pay anything out of pocket. Horrible experience at this dealership. They will deceive you, trick you and be dishonest. Sales manager Nick is the worst of them all. He is a complete douche bag and will lie to your face. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
I test drove one of the new Jeep Wranglers with my wife. We loved the vehicle, and the ease of the whole process, the salesman I worked with was very personable.
