bad people, bad service
This company needs serious help where employee/ employer relationship is concerned! There is virtually not benefits for employees, no 401K, IRA, no union option and health insurance is lacking. You literally have to fight with the people at the front desk and HR to know how many sick days or paid time off you have. When you do take a sick day or time off they hold your pay for weeks upon months. There is no over-night diferential. They pay one dry$15/hr for a HHA position...nothing else. There is a lot more to be done. Communicating with the workers on the real issues is very important. There needs to be mutual respect to all workers in the company.I perform my duties with the utmost respect and professionalis. I respect the interity of this company as expected.
