RecommendedSpencer met me at the entrance within 5 seconds of my arrival. He proceeded to educate me, based on my explanation of the type of riding I want to do. He took me out for a neighborhood ride, let me try two bikes, helped me find sneakers, a helmet, a phone cage, an air pump, water rack and gave me a water bottle. I am visiting in Florida for two months and did not buy my bike from them. But they have serviced it twice and have done a very good job each time. Prices are reasonable and they are very courteous. I would like to take them home with me.

I had the best experience at Tri Bike Run. As a new runner going into a shop like this could be intimidating but not only is it such a welcoming place, but everyone working there has great energy and is helpful. I especially had wonderful service helping me find a shoe just for me from Amber and Chris was beyond helpful answering all of my ‘newbie’ questions. I recommend Tri Bike Run whether you are new or a pro!
My wife and I bought two mountain bikes over the weekend. JT and Vince were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They patiently allowed us to ride multiple bikes to find the ride ones and answered all our questions. Great experience!
