This review is being given by a customer that has made Tri bike run his home! Vincent, Nick, the bike technicians and the ladies who work there are like family. I have never had a bad experience there. I’m always treated with respect and the staff is always patient with me. Rarely do you find staff that are as knowledgeable about every aspect of their products like in Tri bike run. From running, swimming or cycling they have the latest gear available. Thanks for the quick turnaround for my tune up on mountain bike and pedal switch on the road bike.
Very responsive to my calls and questions. i traveled 100 miles for service as i moved from the area. they had the correct battery for my e-bike and took care of a couple extra requests in an appropriate time. Definitely recommend them
