I would never do business with this company based on my experience. I received two unsolicited sales calls from someone named Ralph. Instead of ringing my phone, their system went straight to voicemail without leaving a callback number. I've encountered the same type of voicemail system from other companies before, and it's an annoying way to contact potential customers. I tracked down the company's number and called them. During the winter when there was a deep freeze, our building heating stopped working. It was also a Friday, I had called many companies to get this issue resolved right away but nobody was able to send someone the same day, I ended up calling Tri Air and was greeted very nicely and they had sent a rep down within a couple of hours to inspect the issue, they got it resolved the same day.
