Please do not work with Liz Cantu, when the tornado hit in Celina. We sent her messages about our landscape and sent proof of pictures. A few strubbs got pulled out and she assured us through text that we had nothing to worry about. Just to find out she charged us over 800 dollars on landscape. The property owner hired his nephew and made us pay for it. Liz Cantu is a shady person and liar!!! Extremely disgusting how she can take advantage of people. Landscaping was damaged by a tornado at the house we were renting from them. Told me “not to worry about it”, then proceeded to use homeowners nephews landscaping company to replace the damaged plants and took $800 out of our deposit to fix their own problem! Don’t use this company.
We loved the home during the tour which is why we decided to lease, however the house was filthy upon move in. No care had been taken to inspect anything. The carpet showed signs of vacuuming, but that is all. Photos attached.
