Our experience with Lukas Pupik and TRG Property Management was very disappointing during the two years we lived in one of their managed apartments. When we moved in, the apartment had significant issues that were not disclosed, including an ant infestation and an overall lack of cleanliness. When searching for my dream apartment, Lukas Pupik made it happen! Initially, I was apprehensive about using a property management company, fearing that their management style might prioritize the landlord’s interests over mine. However, my concerns were completely unfounded and it's clear that he is always thinking of solutions that are in the best interest of both the tenant and landlord. I came across one of their realtors, Mateen Hakemi, an extremely flaky guy in this already very flaky city. Buyers beware!
