An absolute joke of a management company They don’t maintain the building at all so the pool, stairwells, and common areas are always disgusting. If there is a building event it is almost always canceled with no notice. They just list them to look like they’re doing things. When I file maintenance requests for my unit, I’m told they will come at a certain time and then if I’m lucky they’ll come several days later when I’m not there, do nothing, and mark the issue as fixed. Good evening, I applied and was approve for the New property in Sanford in 2023. Robin S. was awesome with keeping me in the loop on what was happening with the property until she retired so, I decided to wait because I was excited about the move, so now that the property is open my situation has change which involves my grandchildren and I know that kids aren't allowed in a 55+ residency.
