Whoever is running the phones the last week is very rude and unprofessional. I’m simply trying to attain information as I haven’t been paid in over 100 days. She doesn’t even let me speak before she transfers me to the building when the info i need she has. Terrible.
An absolute joke of a management company They don’t maintain the building at all so the pool, stairwells, and common areas are always disgusting. If there is a building event it is almost always canceled with no notice. They just list them to look like they’re doing things. When I file maintenance requests for my unit, I’m told they will come at a certain time and then if I’m lucky they’ll come several days later when I’m not there, do nothing, and mark the issue as fixed.
