I had a great experience with TRG. Will took the time to look at my problem AC, listened to all the attempts that had been made to fix it, and clearly explained why the AC and furnace needed to be replaced. He described the rebates available until the end of the year for a heat pump . He patiently answered texts and calls after hours as I was nervous about this big expenditure.
