The building I currently live in is owned by TRG equities and I have nothing but great things to say about the building as well as the owner
TRG Equities owns my current apartment building and I could not be more pleased. Whether it be snow by the entrance or a leak in my sink they are always on the ball with making sure the building is spotless and their tenants are happy. I recently even asked to extend my lease (which I hope they agree to) because of how much I now love the building. I cannot say enough great things about this company and highly suggest you try and get an apartment with them before they are all out!
I recently rented an apartment from TRG equities. They made the process very easy and simple for me. The owners in house management team is awesome.
I live in a building that TRG Equities owns on 13th Street in the East Village. Let me start off by saying the building is immaculate. Since they own and manage the building directly they make sure the interior and exterior of the property is always in the best possible condition. Maintenance request get attended to immediately and they are beyond easy to work with! This was my first rental apartment and they made the process easy and stress free! Highly recommend renting from them!
