Karim Winsor recently sold our strata warehouse/office. Karim's level of commitment is way beyond what I expected. I mean every facet of his work was premium and simply could not be better. Selling in a declining market is not easy, but Karim's razor sharp focus managed to get good offers and then kept working at getting backup offers to keep the buyer on the hook.
