We have rented two Trezevant properties and have been more than satisfied.
I am giving a 1 star because of the continuing situation with one of their properties. It's the old Applebee's at 1571 Sycamore View Rd. Since the Applebee's has closed(nearly 2 years) this property has been a nightmare for people and our business community. Constantly there is garbage and litter scattered everywhere. A month ago 3 tires have shown up. Landscaping has been run over, trash thrown into, dead. Homeless people have built a makeshift shelter.
