I moved here from New Jersey and love it here. The people are very friendly at Treybrooke. A quite place and great for walking my dog. Plus I love hanging by the pool while doing laundry. Love the little things they do to get the neighbors together I feel like I am on vacation

Beautiful environment, nice and helpful maintenance team, relatively safe place to live in Greenville. my biggest complaint is the floors are really really old and noisy and the sound proof is extremely terrible. We live in the first floor and we can hear EVERYTHING, LITERALLY EVERYTHING, of what is happening upstairs, including cell phone rings and vibrates. If you can find an apartment on the third floor, then go for it. If not, I really recommend you choose a different complex...

Clean, safe, and affordable. Great management and maintenance staff that make sure the place is kept up well and all questions are answered. Great place to live.
I've lived here just under two years now and have enjoyed every day of it. The maintenance and landscaping crew are on top of it and respond very timely to your service request. The office is always throwing some type of community event and the facilities are in great shape. Even considering the age of the apartments, they are in excellent shape and if there is an issue, you can count on it to be resolved. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know!
Madeline at Treybrooke was AMAZING! She is on top of it and helped my parents every step of the way to get an apartment to meet ALL their needs on a very short notice. Thanks for all you do. Mitchell from facilities also went above an beyond to help us. Thanks Treybrooke!
