Dr. Moore was professional and yet very personable as was the nurses, especially Susan! The procedure went well and my care was exceptional! I would put my life in their hands anytime. Thank you St. Mary’s for giving this veteran the care I needed!
They need better help at the front desk-I was sitting in waiting room for 45 minutes when the electrophysiologist nurse called my cell phone wanting to know where I was!! The check-in at the reception area needs to be more efficient- - left hand …right hand🤪🤪 Otherwise everything was excellent-very efficient nursing staff!
Hmmm. Doesn’t really listen. Talks over you - is dismissive. Office is very unorganized and not client focused.
