Have seen this doctor for over 20 years but not recommending him. I've shared all my struggles about problems I was experiencing with my vision about 4 plus year's. It was a brain tumor and it was attaching and squeezing the eye nerves causing peripheral vision. He told me that I was describing peripheral vision but failed to answer my question of how I was experiencing it. Finally ordered a MRI, Craniophyrangioma brain tumor. Had surgery elsewhere. Had fair to good eyesight prior to seeing Dr Butler. He recommended cataract surgery for each eye. Left eye did fine.”complications” with rt eye. Resulting in permanently blurred vision. Took 3+ weeks to be able to read the E on the eye chart. Dr blamed me”for”moving” although sedated. Iris “flipped out”. Had trouble getting it back in. Pupil in that eye now permanently irregular. Dr was evasive & rude following surgery. Accepted NO responsibility. Would definitely NOT recommend.
