It was a nice place to live. After two years of living there they paved some of the roads and raised the lot rent and sign new leases but I lived at with my mother in law after becoming disabled getting my life back together but while in the hospital for 16 days I was not able to get a background check and was banned. Affordable! Trash, continuously, overflowing. Many don’t care about their homes, uncut lines trash out front. But, very quiet and very safe. Just not very pretty.
