My mom took her car there for AC diagnostics - AC is blowing hot air. My mom has bad English so after she paid a $150 fee with her credit card I called the shop to get the diagnostics results. First red flag was that they charged $150 instead of promised $120, turns out they took advantage of her bad English and did a NYS inspection even though it wasn't due for another 7 months.
