Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and disregard for patients' and families' time. I was called to come pick up my wife, and after arriving promptly, I was forced to wait for 45 minutes. I had my young children with me in the car, and I updated the receptionist three separate times, but my concerns were completely dismissed with total apathy. If you value your time and have a family to look after, I strongly recommend choosing a different facility.

But I wanted to give XTEA THANKS to the Nurses when you come out and just wake up.I was in in the WORST PAIN EVER!! Worse than birth natuaral.But they did All they could with meds and Caring.They were So PATIENT and CARING!! You Nurses are a 20 x Star.The Nurses out front before are SWEET and CARING Also.Want to give Shoult out to the Nurse that put my IV in.Have rolling veins... read more
They are nice, however, they don't care about your actual appt time, they'll get to you an hour after your scheduled time.
Stay away if possible. After my surgery on Halloween 2024, I never heard back from the staff at this disappointing and uncaring clinic. By Saturday night, I developed a 101° fever and had to seek help at Urgent Care. This wasn't my first horrific experience at this center. Choose another surgery center.
