I placed an order on Uber Eats and was a little uneasy, Karen answered and told me to send her a photo of what I ordered to match it exactly. Thank you so much and please support your local flower shop rather than online---if I have the chance to come in person I will!
Substitutions are one thing. A completely different arrangement is another. I understand that availability can affect specific stems, especially in mid March, but a proper substitution should still preserve the overall look, palette, proportion, and value of the original design. That did not happen here. What was delivered was significantly different from what was ordered and did not reflect the arrangement that was advertised
