Substitutions are one thing. A completely different arrangement is another. I understand that availability can affect specific stems, especially in mid March, but a proper substitution should still preserve the overall look, palette, proportion, and value of the original design. That did not happen here. What was delivered was significantly different from what was ordered and did not reflect the arrangement that was advertised

Ordered flowers for my wife, for our wedding anniversary. The flowers didn’t look like anything from the picture on their website. This is the second time I order from here and was disappointed in the results. I gave three stars cause my wife said the flowers were still beautiful.
Karen is super sweet, very accommodating. Very cute shop! I noticed her flowers are beautiful, but she's got a whole shop full of all kinds of stuff! I got a pair of Eagles jeans shorts for summer. Reasonably priced. I don't live too close, but I'll still be coming back here!
