Trevor Windhorst is just an awesome agent. He made himself available at all hours of the day, was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails, and was very patient in my extended search for a property. After I made an offer, he helped me get reasonable accommodations/credits from the sellers, which is noteworthy since they had already come down on the listing price twice and were not looking to make any more concessions.
